Craig joined Lincoln Energy Partners as a Managing Partner in 2018 to focus on the firm’s finances and operations. He oversees financing the company’s asset acquisitions through equity and debt capital raising, as well as managing the high-level operations of Lincoln. Prior to joining Lincoln, Craig was a Managing Director at Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate investment manager from 2014 through 2018. During his final year at Black Creek, Craig served as the President of Black Creek Capital Markets, the firm’s broker/dealer and capital raising arm, which employed approximately 65 sales and marketing professionals and raised over $1bn per year from retail and institutional investors. Prior to that, he served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Black Creek’s U.S. business and he worked in product development, at which time he created Black Creek’s first energy-focused investment product. Prior to joining Black Creek Group, Craig was a Vice President in the Securities Division of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in New York. There, he was responsible for the sale of structured investments to retail investors through regional, independent, and bank broker-dealers. Prior to that, Craig worked in both sales and trading of exotic equity derivatives for Goldman Sachs since he joined the firm in 2006. Craig graduated with honors from The University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance.

Jacob joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2014 and to focus on the firm’s land group and operations and he became a Managing Partner in 2016. He oversees the company’s land department and manages all facets of the acquisition and divestiture process. During his time at Lincoln, he has successfully acquired and divested tens of thousands of mineral acres throughout the greater rocky mountain region and led several successful DJ Basin aggregation projects. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jacob was an in-house landman at Bayswater Exploration and Production, a Denver-based E&P with operations in the greater Wattenberg Field. Jacob had a diverse set of responsibilities at Bayswater but his primary role was to maintain an inventory of drillable locations through the acquisition of leases, title opinions, permits, and surface agreements. Jacob graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing.

Jordan joined Lincoln Energy Partners as a Managing Partner in 2018 and leads Lincoln’s technical team and upstream strategy. He oversees the company’s acquisitions and the associated evaluations. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jordan was a Geologist at Ward Petroleum Corporation for 9 years. While at Ward, Jordan was influential in establishing Ward’s Rocky Mountain oil and gas business, evaluating new plays, generating prospects and overseeing land acquisitions across various Rockies Basins. Jordan was also a primary driver of Ward’s operated Southern Wattenberg field which sold to Great Western Oil and Gas in 2018. Jordan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering and a master’s degree in Hydrology both from the Colorado School of Mines.

Sean joined Lincoln Energy Partners as the Reservoir Engineering Manager in 2018 to help bolster the team’s subsurface, underwriting and big data technical abilities and was named Principal in 2019. He oversees the majority of deal underwriting, assists in steering technical acquisition strategies and manages the company’s reserves databases. Prior to joining Lincoln, Sean held a number of roles at Bayswater Exploration & Production, a Denver-based oil and gas company from 2012 through 2018. These roles included Reservoir Engineer, Completions Engineer, Production Engineer and Business Development. Sean has a great deal of working knowledge in the Permian (Delaware and Midland Basins), DJ, Williston, Powder River and Gulf Coast Basins. During his tenure at Bayswater, Sean assisted in underwriting hundreds of millions of dollars of A&D transactions and the compiling of tens of thousands of acres of operated leasehold via prospect generation work. He also assisted in steering a Delaware Basin mineral buying program Sean is a Colorado native and third generation Petroleum Engineer. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Ryan joined Lincoln Energy Partners as a Partner in 2026 to lead all upstream and midstream development with primary focus on the Appalachian Basin. Prior to Lincoln, Ryan held senior engineering and operational management roles at Bayswater Exploration & Production and Extraction Oil & Gas spanning production, completions, and facilities engineering, as well as managing field operations, surface land, and midstream infrastructure. At Bayswater, he built and led a field organization supporting nearly 500 horizontal wells, in-field water gathering, and two saltwater disposal facilities. He also led the technical facility design for highly sour Permian Basin assets, including crude stabilization and sour oil treatment systems. Ryan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Connor joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2022 as an accounting manager to assist with financial reporting, bank compliance, and treasury functions. He took on the role of Chief Compliance Officer in 2024 to manage and oversee the regulatory compliance as the firm registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Advisor. Prior to joining Lincoln, Connor served as the Manager of Accounting Services at a start-up accounting firm in Denver, worked in the Financial Reporting group at Cimarex Energy Co. (now Coterra Energy), and was an auditor at Ernst & Young in Houston primarily servicing oil and gas clients. Connor graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Colorado and Texas.

Katrina joined Lincoln Energy Partners as the controller in November 2018. She oversees the accounting, treasury, and regulatory functions for both Lincoln’s oil and gas entities and affiliated real estate portfolios. Additionally, she is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm, including Human Resources. Prior to joining Lincoln, Katrina was a manager at Ernst and Young for seven years in their assurance practice serving a variety of clients within mining, media and entertainment, and technology. Katrina received both her Bachelors and Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.

Joe joined Lincoln Energy Partners in October 2026 as Director of Finance to oversee the firm’s finance function, focusing on investor relations and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Lincoln, Joe co-founded FirmKey Solutions, a business development firm that connects growth-stage companies with a network of independent accountants and boutique CPA firms. Before FirmKey, he worked in Transaction Advisory Services at BDO and Intrinsic, providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers. Joe began his career in audit at RSM in Chicago, where he led financial statement audits for private equity and venture capital funds. He is a licensed CPA, a 2025 graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Accountancy from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Sam joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2017 as a data analyst. Currently, he manages the company’s asset inventory and aids in operational workflow. Prior to joining Lincoln, he held industry positions in reservoir, production, and land roles. Sam was born and raised in Denver. He graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical and Computer Sciences.

Ken joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2017, where he has become essential in managing the company’s reserves database, financial derivatives, and its real estate leases. Drawing on his vast commercial real estate experience acquired before his tenure at Lincoln, Ken significantly contributes to the company's operational excellence and strategic development. His unique blend of real estate acumen and technological proficiency has proven invaluable in navigating the complexities of today's business environment. Before his engagement with Lincoln, Ken made his mark in the aviation sector as the Chief Flight Instructor at a leading flight school in Colorado, earning the Master Flight Instructor title five times and being named Flight Instructor of the Year by the Federal Aviation Administration in 2013 and 2018. He continues to mentor turbine pilots around the Denver metro area. Ken's academic credentials include a B.S. in Aeronautical Science, Meteorology and a M.B.A. from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, where he graduated with Distinction. His extensive background in aviation education, combined with his expertise in real estate and technology, enables Ken to contribute a diverse and impactful skill set to Lincoln.

Gabe joined Lincoln in 2024 and serves as Lincoln's in-house technologist, building and maintaining the firm's data-driven tooling and infrastructure. He developed MIDAS: the firm's internal platform for synchronizing inventory, accounting, and engineering data. He is primarily focused on automating critical data pipelines and embedding statistical and machine-learning models into acquisition underwriting and reserve-forecasting workflows. Before joining Lincoln, Gabe worked at Amazon and a startup, where he helped scale cloud services, optimize data stores, and productionize ML workflows. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science and M.B.A. in Financial Engineering at the University of Alabama focusing on derivatives pricing, portfolio optimization, and risk management.

Rowen joined Lincoln in 2026 and serves as Lincoln's computer engineer and full-stack developer, owning the firm's data-driven tooling and infrastructure end to end — standing up and administering the firm's servers, networking, and VPN, handling systems and OS-level work, and writing the high-performance Python and SQL that powers its data and analysis workflows. His background runs from electronics to application, having designed embedded and FPGA-based systems and developed firmware and hardware drivers. Before Lincoln, he was a computer engineer at Southwest Research Institute's Defense and Intelligence RF Systems division, serving as Principal Investigator on an internally funded research initiative and engineering high-performance C++, embedded firmware, and Verilog across distributed servers and microcontroller integrations. He earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering at the University of Alabama, with expertise spanning embedded systems, FPGA design, RF electronics, and full-stack development.

Dylan joined Lincoln in 2025 to support both accounting and operational functions. He manages the initiation and completion of transactions, oversees the processing and analysis of revenue data and invoices, and contributes to recording and preparing financial statements. Dylan also assists with bank compliance, audits, and tax-related reporting. Prior to joining Lincoln, Dylan worked as a Tax Associate at a local firm in Bozeman, Montana, where he prepared and reviewed tax returns for businesses and individuals while providing tailored tax solutions to meet client needs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Quinnipiac University.

Hagan joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2026, where he supports Lincoln’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial analysis. He focuses on developing and optimizing processes, systems, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and enhance data driven decision making. Prior to joining Lincoln, Hagan worked as an Auditor at RubinBrown LLP and as a Financial Reporting Accountant at Nutrien Ag Solutions. Through these roles, he gained experience in financial reporting, auditing, and leveraging business intelligence tools, including Microsoft Power BI. He used these tools to automate reporting processes and deliver financial insights. Hagan graduated with his BSBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Colorado State University, with an emphasis in Data Analytics.

Susan joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2022. She provides administrative support to the executive team and assists in accounting and the day-to-day workflow within the company. Prior to joining Lincoln, Susan was the Land Services Manager for Wolf Resources, managing their title research and database programs as well as managing land projects, negotiating lease agreements, or conducting due diligence.
