Craig Brede Managing Partner

Craig joined Lincoln Energy Partners as a Managing Partner in 2018 to focus on the firm’s finances and operations. He oversees financing the company’s asset acquisitions through equity and debt capital raising, as well as managing the high-level operations of Lincoln. Prior to joining Lincoln, Craig was a Managing Director at Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate investment manager from 2014 through 2018. During his final year at Black Creek, Craig served as the President of Black Creek Capital Markets, the firm’s broker/dealer and capital raising arm, which employed approximately 65 sales and marketing professionals and raised over $1bn per year from retail and institutional investors. Prior to that, he served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Black Creek’s U.S. business and he worked in product development, at which time he created Black Creek’s first energy-focused investment product. Prior to joining Black Creek Group, Craig was a Vice President in the Securities Division of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in New York. There, he was responsible for the sale of structured investments to retail investors through regional, independent, and bank broker-dealers. Prior to that, Craig worked in both sales and trading of exotic equity derivatives for Goldman Sachs since he joined the firm in 2006. Craig graduated with honors from The University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance.

Jacob Coheley Managing Partner

Jacob joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2014 and to focus on the firm’s land group and operations and he became a Managing Partner in 2016. He oversees the company’s land department and manages all facets of the acquisition and divestiture process. During his time at Lincoln, he has successfully acquired and divested tens of thousands of mineral acres throughout the greater rocky mountain region and led several successful DJ Basin aggregation projects. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jacob was an in-house landman at Bayswater Exploration and Production, a Denver-based E&P with operations in the greater Wattenberg Field. Jacob had a diverse set of responsibilities at Bayswater but his primary role was to maintain an inventory of drillable locations through the acquisition of leases, title opinions, permits, and surface agreements. Jacob graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing.

Sean McClaren Managing Partner

Sean joined Lincoln Energy Partners as the Reservoir Engineering Manager in 2018 to help bolster the team’s subsurface, underwriting and big data technical abilities and was named Principal in 2019. He oversees the majority of deal underwriting, assists in steering technical acquisition strategies and manages the company’s reserves databases. Prior to joining Lincoln, Sean held a number of roles at Bayswater Exploration & Production, a Denver-based oil and gas company from 2012 through 2018. These roles included Reservoir Engineer, Completions Engineer, Production Engineer and Business Development. Sean has a great deal of working knowledge in the Permian (Delaware and Midland Basins), DJ, Williston, Powder River and Gulf Coast Basins. During his tenure at Bayswater, Sean assisted in underwriting hundreds of millions of dollars of A&D transactions and the compiling of tens of thousands of acres of operated leasehold via prospect generation work. He also assisted in steering a Delaware Basin mineral buying program Sean is a Colorado native and third generation Petroleum Engineer. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Jordan Revielle Managing Partner

Jordan joined Lincoln Energy Partners as a Managing Partner in 2018 and leads Lincoln’s technical team and upstream strategy. He oversees the company’s acquisitions and the associated evaluations. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jordan was a Geologist at Ward Petroleum Corporation for 9 years. While at Ward, Jordan was influential in establishing Ward’s Rocky Mountain oil and gas business, evaluating new plays, generating prospects and overseeing land acquisitions across various Rockies Basins. Jordan was also a primary driver of Ward’s operated Southern Wattenberg field which sold to Great Western Oil and Gas in 2018. Jordan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering and a master’s degree in Hydrology both from the Colorado School of Mines.

Connor Finley Chief Compliance Officer & Assistant Controller

Connor joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2022 as an accounting manager to assist with financial reporting, bank compliance, and treasury functions. He took on the role of Chief Compliance Officer in 2024 to manage and oversee the regulatory compliance as the firm registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Advisor. Prior to joining Lincoln, Connor served as the Manager of Accounting Services at a start-up accounting firm in Denver, worked in the Financial Reporting group at Cimarex Energy Co. (now Coterra Energy), and was an auditor at Ernst & Young in Houston primarily servicing oil and gas clients. Connor graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Colorado and Texas.

Krista Lemming Senior Reservoir Engineer

Krista joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2024 to expand the team’s deal underwriting capabilities and to assist in managing the company’s reserves database. She developed her technical prowess as a reservoir engineer working for Coterra Energy (formerly Cimarex), where she held roles as an asset engineer on the company’s Permian Basin exploration team, then as a corporate reserves engineer. During her time at Cimarex, Krista oversaw the development of the company’s Lea and Eddy county assets. She pioneered the company’s first major Avalon/Leonard spacing pilot, in addition to a Wolfcamp spacing project, which have informed much of the company’s development decisions for the highly coveted Red Tank and Red Hills acreage in SE New Mexico. Krista was born in Denver and has lived in Colorado for most of her life. She graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 2017 as the Petroleum Engineering Department’s outstanding graduating senior.

Sam Schuessler Data Analytics

Sam joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2017. He manages the company’s asset inventory and GIS projects, and is an aid in general operational workflow. He heads up communications with operators and maintains the company’s proved-developed inventory. Sam is experienced in reserves analysis and valuation of working and non-working interests in oil and gas properties. He has held industry positions in reservoir, production, and land roles. Prior to joining Lincoln, Sam was a Senior Production Analyst with Ultra Petroleum. Earlier in his professional career, Sam played a critical technical role in the acquisition of a large conventional oil field in the San Joaquin Basin. He also developed the EOR surveillance program for one of the largest secondary recovery fields in the United States. Sam was born and raised in Denver. He graduated with honors from The Colorado School of Mines with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical and Computer Sciences.

Katrina Schuler Controller

Katrina joined Lincoln Energy Partners as the controller in November 2018. She oversees the accounting, treasury, and regulatory functions for both Lincoln’s oil and gas entities and affiliated real estate portfolios. Additionally, she is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm, including Human Resources. Prior to joining Lincoln, Katrina was a manager at Ernst and Young for seven years in their assurance practice serving a variety of clients within mining, media and entertainment, and technology. Katrina received both her Bachelors and Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.

Susan Sommer Office Manager

Susan joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2022. She provides administrative support to the executive team and assists in accounting and the day-to-day workflow within the company. Prior to joining Lincoln, Susan was the Land Services Manager for Wolf Resources, managing their title research and database programs as well as managing land projects, negotiating lease agreements, or conducting due diligence.

Andrew Stone Director of Business Development

Andrew joined Lincoln Energy Partners in 2024 as the director of business development. His primary tasks will be continuing to build and maintain a vast network to both source and divest deals that align with the Lincoln’s near and long-term strategic goals. Prior to joining Lincoln, Andrew served as a Partner at Revere Resources, a mineral acquisition fund focused in the DJ, Midland, and Eagle Ford Basins, responsible for deploying ~$14MM in ground game minerals. While at Revere, he was leading the procurement process from 2021 to 2024, acquiring perspective acres specifically in near term development areas. Before joining the team at Revere, Andrew was an in-house landman at Canadian operator Crescent Point Energy until 2020, where he focused on the company’s assets in Williams County, ND. While at Crescent Point, Andrew ran a successful company focused mineral buying program under the company’s operations in the Bakken. Before shifting his focus to the Bakken, Andrew worked the Uinta Basin assets for Crescent Point from 2014 until the asset sold in 2019. Andrew’s first job in the business came with Meagher Energy Advisors, working on purchasing ground game minerals in the Greater Wattenberg Field of the DJ Basin. Andrew comes from an oil and gas family in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is a former college soccer player. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
